  • TIE is instituting a small administrative fee to help cover the labor costs for accommodating those requests. Requests can be made HERE and must be made 14 days before the workshop. We can no longer support transfer requests made by email for workshops launched on or after August 1, 2023.

    • This fee applies to workshops purchased on or after August 1, 2023. If you have an existing credit from a previous drop and we have a credit noted for you, email us, and we will send you a code to waive the fee. Fee waivers are for workshops purchased (or credit granted) before August 1, 2023.

You will need to purchase the Transfer/Exchange service if:

    • you are no longer able to attend a workshop that you purchased, but you wish to switch your registration to another published workshop

    • you are no longer able to attend a workshop that you purchased, but you want to exchange your registration for a credit of equal value for a future workshop launch

    • you registered for the wrong workshop and you want to transfer your registration or exchange for a credit to use in the future.

    • If you have an old credit, you don’t need to pay anything! Email us and we will help you waive the fee.
