Originally from Phoenix, Az, Sheryl moved to Chicago in 2016 and through her B.A Musical Theater and Stage Combat Minor from Columbia College Chicago, she has been supporting her peers and colleagues since 2017 by combining Intimacy's considerations and structure with her mutlti-tude of skill sets including vocal knowledge in displays of staged violence, movement that supports singer sustainability, and Assisting Universities such as North Central, Roosevelt, and DePaul she has found a joy in sharing what she knows Having spanned the field, as choreographer, coordinator, and consultant, she as been published as a contributor on staging violence and intimacy in "Intimacy Directing for Theater" by Dr. Ayshia Mackie-Stephenson. She enjoyed sharing her knowledge with the young adults moving into the industry and seeing the growing effect it is having.
