Travel and Lodging
Participants are responsible for securing their travel, food, and lodging. One week before the workshop, they will receive an email with parking information, nearby food options, and other workshop-specific information. In the meantime, if you have questions, reach out!

We know things are tight right now, but we want you to have access to a great experience. To that end, we offer tiered pricing, which supports access to the symposium for all participants, regardless of their economic circumstances. Please pick the price point that best reflects your budget. If you can purchase a higher tier, please consider doing so to save a spot for someone with less room in their budget.

Refunds

• If you register for the Symposium and find you are unable to attend, you can receive a refund for up to half of your original registration fee until July 1st, 2025.

• Refund requests will not be accepted after July 1st, 2025.
